We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Because we operate using international fulfilment partners, we do not accept physical returns at our UK office.
1. Refund Eligibility
You may qualify for a refund if:
- Your item arrived damaged
- Your item arrived defective
- You received the wrong item
- Your order did not arrive within 45 days of shipment (unless caused by customs delays or incorrect address)
2. Required Evidence
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photo or video evidence
3. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are issued within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Non-Returnable
We do not accept physical returns unless explicitly requested by our team.
